Sweden is a hotspot for foodies keen to experience true local cuisine and beyond. Our food and beverage culture offers everything from traditional options to modern cuisine with strong vegetarian and vegan influences. The cuisine of today is focused on healthy, locally sourced produce, prepared using methods dating as far back as the Viking era.

Hidden gems and unique flavors: Why food and beverage lovers should visit Sweden

Interest in the Swedish food and beverage culture is growing but we must keep promoting it to a wider audience. The list of unique experiences is long – here are a few examples sure to whet the appetites of an even larger pool of global food and beverage aficionados.
